1) What are the procedures to take if i want to do a clinical rotation in Uganda?
Download the application form, fill in the application and send it back with the required documents. You will have an approval after 1 week.
2) What is a typical day like for students during rotations?
The schedule varies from day to day depending on the individual team, the visiting lecturers and the day of the week

8:00am | Lectures, frequently peer teaching from house staff with an attending
overseeing the lecture. |

9:00am | Ward rounds with house staff, medical students and attending physician, rounds typically last until 12-1pm. |
| 1:00pm | Lunch. House staff frequently take lunch at 1pm, with teaching rounds by attending in the afternoon or clinic depending on what rotation you are on. |
3) Are there opportunities for interactions with medical students at Makerere University?
Yes, you will have opportunities to work with medical students both in Mulago Hospital which is the main teaching hospital and on Makerere University Campus. I will introduce you to some of the students to take you through orientation.
4) Are there options of traveling over the weekend
Yes, you can travel over the weekend. Uganda has several tourist attractions that you can visit over the weekend.
